Use as an accompaniment with idli,dosa,adai bajji or cutlet.
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 green chillies
- 1 cup coariander leaves
- 1/4 tsp tamarind pulp or 1 tomato
- salt to taste
Method:
Peel and cut onion.
Saute with 1/2 tsp oil.Add tomato if using and fry foa a minute.
Put off gas,add green chillies,coarinder leaves mix well.
When cool grind with other things to a paste.
